Zinc Plated to resist rust and mounts in minutes with a small 6 adjustable wrench.

Simply slide the black rubber block assembly into your standard 2 x 2  hitch receiver and tighten the jam nut down  tightly  to expand the rubber block against the inside of the hitch receiver tube.

Place your balls and washer over the bolt and tighten the lock nut enough for the lock nut to grab, but also - allowing the balls to swing very freely, to & fro, left and right, back and forth, to and fro !
